Gather with us on Thanksgiving Day as we sing classic Thanksgiving hymns, hear a message from Dan Kuiper, and close with an open mic time for sharing our personal expressions of thankfulness
Join us as we kick off the Advent season with the lighting of the first candle on the Advent wreath.
Join us for a new, fun, hands-on Christmas event where families will build gingerbread nativities and hear the Christmas story. RSVP by Nov 29 is required to ensure enough supplies.
Each year there are a significant number of people who dread the approach of the holiday season. This year, Community will be having a special service of comfort and hope for those who know that this Christmas will be a hard one, whether because of a death in the family, broken or strained relationships, depression, health issues, or painful memories of past Christmases. Feel free to invite friends, family, or others who could benefit from a quiet time with God.
Don’t miss our big Christmas celebration! Invite friends and neighbors for a moving time of worship featuring our Youth Choir and a string quartet, culminating in carols by candlelight, along with hot chocolate and cookies.
Join us for a unique retelling of the Christmas story! Anyone interested can participate in a no-rehearsal Christmas play—simply grab a costume from the lobby as you arrive! In addition to some classic carols and a meditation from Pastor Laryn, we will remember the Christmas story together, creating a live nativity scene with all participants.
